G-Hub Sefaköy

G-Hub provides a city life integrated in a residential area. The site proposes an open space surrounded by building and inside, there are commercial spaces, shops and coffee places. Two levels of open space enlarges the area with different layers. G-Hub is a residential project which aims to integrate social life of the neighborhood to the building. Therefore, form orients itself to create a facade and a semi-courtyard bounding to the street, which creates an inner open space.
